We research the information on this site carefully and flag figures as approximate where sources disagree. Trek conditions, prices, permits and regulations can change at short notice. Always confirm current details directly before booking or departure, since we cannot update every page the moment something changes.
Package prices shown on this site are indicative only, until confirmed in writing for your specific departure date. Submitting an enquiry through this site does not itself confirm a booking; a booking is confirmed only once you and the trek operator agree terms in writing.
Specific cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms are set by the trek operator handling your booking and will be shared with you in writing before you pay. This site does not itself set those terms.
High-altitude trekking carries inherent risks, including altitude illness, weather exposure and difficult terrain. Booking a guided departure means accepting that these risks are part of the activity. Disclose relevant health conditions to your trek operator, and consult a doctor beforehand if you have concerns. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
WhatsApp, used for enquiries and booking conversations, is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and governed by its own terms, separate from these.
Information on this site is provided in good faith but without a warranty of completeness or current accuracy. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it. Verify permits, weather and road access independently before you travel.
We may update these terms as the site or booking process changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
